Whit Crane has left the band (or was kicked out). Alan Robert is to do the lead vocals in the future and on the new cd. There will be a new bass player soon. LoA is now recording the new cd. Reason for Crane's departure: He couldn't give the right emotion to the songs, Alan wrote.

Whitfield Crane is the new singer, at least during the now running tour with Megadeth. There are also rumors about rerecording old demo songs with Whitfield.

The official name of Keith's new band is "Absolute Bloom". Not The Grace as mentioned before.

The Grace, Keith's new band, has already recorded a cd, but it won't be released before April '98. The sound of the band is like Scott Weilands' (ex Stone Temple Pilots) new sound.

Finally the real reason for Keith's departure: he was sick of it. He wanted to do his own thing and he describes it like being married, after a while you aren't in love anymore. But you could still love her.
That's the way Keith describes it. He now wants to express himself in his new band "The Grace". (This name isn't final yet, because there might be another band called this way.)

There's a rumor going that Whitfield Crane, former lead singer of Ugly Kid Joe has joined the band.

Roadrunner has planned a US tour. Keith as singer? Is he back again? or an other singer? I don't know, if I get some more information, I'll put it up here.

The real story: Keith has left LoA, because his heart wasn't with LoA anymore. He will continue his other project "The Grace". They'll probably get a record deal with Roadrunner.
The rest of LoA will try to continue with an other singer, in other words LoA didn't split up (yet).

The real reason why Keith left is that Keith has become selfish and wants to control his own project. The reason that Keith and Joey couldn't get along lately is not true. Another reason is that Keith's father has cancer and ofcourse Keith wants to be with him.
The band is now looking for a new singer. Keith will probably continue his other band, The Grace.

Keith left the band! and thus don't want to tour Europe.
Well, it seems that way. From many people close to the band, I got this terrible news. Reasons were, according to Allan: Keith's wishes were not carried out by the tour & band managers and Keith and Joey didn't get along the last few months.
It's also said that the rest of the band want to go on with Life of Agony, although they now think they can't find a replacement for Keith.
Keith himself has plans to start another band.

Due Keith's mental exhaustion and fatigue the European tour is postphoned. This probably means that the rumor about Keith leaving the band is not true.

. 		The new CD "Soul Searching Sun" is released (official release date: 9 Sept). There are two version coming up, one normal (13 songs) and one with 3 bonus tracks. (btw. It's not heavy again, but a great CD!)
14 Aug: On August 18 the first single "Weeds" from the new album will be released.
